The CW's Supernatural returns with new episodes for Season 10 on Tuesday, January 20, which means we have two weeks until we check back in with Sam and Dean Winchester after the fiasco with the Mark of Cain in the midseason finale.

The most recent episode ended when Dean, fueled by the mark, slaughtered a room full of people. TVLine has the scoop on what happens next courtesy of producers Robbie Thompson and Robert Singer:

"After the fall finale's blood bath, the Mark of Cain promises to be an even bigger issue than ever for Dean. Maybe Cain, himself, can help with that when Timothy Omundson (Psych) reprises his role? Also, Felicia Day's Charlie returns from Oz 'under precarious circumstances,' co-executive producer Robbie Thompson previews. 'She's brought something back that's very dangerous. She teams up with the boys to track that dangerous thing down and hunt with them, basically.' Adds EP Robert Singer: 'Let's just say that it's a Charlie we haven't seen before.' Meanwhile, Rowena will continue to meddle in her son Crowley's business"

The official description for the first installment of 2015, entitled "The Hunter Games," has been released:

"After the massacre at the ranch, Dean (Jensen Ackles), Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Castiel (Misha Collins) double their efforts to find a cure for the Mark of Cain but there is nothing in the lore that can help them. Desperate, Castiel comes up with an idea that Sam deems the 'single worst idea I've ever heard.' Meanwhile, Rowena (guest star Ruth Connell) continues to plot against Crowley (Mark Sheppard), and Castiel tries to mend his relationship with Claire (guest star Kathryn Love Newton) who is plotting revenge against Dean for killing her friend."
