It's finally that time of year - hockey season!
The New York Rangers battle it out on the ice against the Anaheim Ducks in Week 13 of the NHL regular season on Wednesday, January 7 at 10:30 p.m. EST at the Honda Center in California. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Wednesday night hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following the first few opening weeks of the 2014-2015 regular season, the Rangers snag the impressive No. 8 pot in Pierre LeBrun's official NHL power ranking for ESPN.com with a 21-11-4 record:
"They have won 10 of their past 11 games, and although they continue to score at will (third with 3.08 goals per game), it's because of a better defensive commitment that they have caught fire. And goalie Henrik Lundqvist is his old terrific self."
Meanwhile, the Ducks currently hold the awesome No. 2 spot (out of 30 total teams) with a 26-9-6 record. According to LeBrun:
"Ryan Getzlaf for MVP, anyone? Through a long list of injuries plus the mumps, the Ducks' star center has been the constant force behind the team's first-place push all season."
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels MSG and CSCA, but fans can also listen in on the radio at KTUI-FM, ESPN NY, WNIO, and KLAA.
