Miley Cyrus a Suspect for a Criminal Case?

Teen queen, Miley Cyrus, is said to be involved in a criminal case. With the wedding on hold and a music career on the go, did Miley even have time to spare for a punch or two - literally? According to reports, Miley had stepped in as the heroine between a pissed off guy and Liam Hemsworth. How true are the talks?

Cyrus may not be the goody-two-shoes as Selena Gomez in known for. Despite hailing from the popular children's channel, Disney, Miley is anything but a lady who can be tamed. In fact, Miley had announced in her second album that she's one woman "Who Can't Be Tamed" more than anything else.

It is probably this certain characteristic of Miley Cyrus that had got "Hunger Games" hunk, Liam Hemsworth head over heels for her. If fans would recall, the couple met back on the set of "The Last Song" where attraction between the two was inevitable.

Despite the on-off and on again relationship between the two, their status has been set on stone following their engagement announcement last May 31, 2012. Yet, it is unlikely fans of Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus will be hearing wedding bells soon. With all that is happening in Miley Cyrus' career, the wedding has been placed on hold.

Having been off Disney, Miley's career hasn't plunged downward contrary to what haters believe. If anything, Miley's career has gone way up. Cyrus had been contacted to be a judge on "American Idol" to being a guest on Ashton Kutcher's show, "Three and a Half Men."

With a new website plus a new album in the works, it would of course prompt Miley Cyrus for an all-out celebration. Last Saturday, Miley Cyrus along with beau, Liam Hemsworth hit up the Hollywood night club but rather than a fun night out something came up which resulted in a criminal battery case against Miley Cyrus.

TMZ reported that Miley had a bit of a run-in with a few men at the club. The alleged victims had filed a police report against Miley early morning of Sunday at the LAPD. Allegedly, the victim claimed that Miley had struck him in the face following her breaking off a fight between him and her fiancé, Liam. However, a witness at the event says otherwise saying Miley never threw the punch.

Things are still under investigation which leaves fans of Miley Cyrus thinking what exactly happened that night and who should be blamed?
