The 2015 Golden Globes are set to get underway in less than a few hours, but are some of the nominees about to get the party started a little early? The event, which will take place tonight at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, is set to be on heck of a star-studded event, with the likes of Hollywood's elite coming out for the awards hosted by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. However, before the awards get underway it looks like two of the biggest categories have already declared winners.
According to Radar Online, the winners for Best Motion Picture, Drama and Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy were revealed on the award shows website on Friday.
The site is reporting that during a scheduled test for the website it seemed like they inadvertently posted two of the winners in these respective categories.
The site posted that fantasy flick Into the Woods would take home the top prize in the Comedy or Musical category, where as civil rights film Selma would get the trophy for best Drama.
However, according to The Mirror, a spokesperson close to the ceremony spoke out about the mishap, claiming that they were simply testing the site.
"While testing the official website of the Golden Globe Awards for Sunday's ceremony, Bluefin inadvertently took the test live," the spokesperson revealed in a statement. "We randomly selected two film titles with no knowledge of the category winners. We are solely responsible for error."
The awards will air tonight at 8 pm on ABC.
