WATCH 2015 Nintendo Direct North America, Europe Free Online Live Streams [VIDEOS] Jan. 14 Event Reveals Wii U And 3DS Titles, News

Nintendo this week announced that its North American and European Nintendo Direct event will take place this week, Wednesday Jan. 14, 2015, at 6AM PST. This news came from a Twitter post on Nintendo of America's official account, but it has since been deleted. Luckily for us, plenty of gaming websites learned of the announcement and spread the word. We expect this Nintendo Direct to hold updates and news about upcoming Nintendo Wii U and 3DS titles that are set to hit shelves in the spring. You can watch a live stream of this even below!

"Watch a new #NintendoDirectNA on 1/14 at 6 a.m PT w/ Mr. Iwata & crew, with a focus on spring '15 #3DS & #WiiU games," the deleted tweet read. You can check out the image that accompanied the post right here:

IGN points out that this Direct could also hold the announcement of the new 3DS hitting North America and Europe after being released in a number of other markets over the course of last year.
