Zooey Deschanel Pregnant: 'New Girl' Starlet Expecting First Child With Boyfriend Jacob Pechenik In 2015

Zooey Deschanel is already enjoying 2015 with the success of her Fox comedy New Girl and its 4^th season, but this year will hold a much more important milestone for her life and career: her first child! That's right, Deschanel is pregnant for the first time, and the baby's father is her current boyfriend, movie producer Jacob Pechenik (The Skeleton Twins). We can't wait to see some baby bump pictures in the near future!

"Jacob and I are over the moon. We are so excited to meet our little one," the actress told PEOPLE, which broke the news this week, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Zooey, 34, and Jacob, 42, have been dating since the summer of 2014, and teamed up on the 2015 film Rock The Kasbah, due out later this year, costarring Bruce Willis, Kate Hudson and Bill Murray. So it looks like they two due dates in 2015 - one, of course, is much more important than the other!

Also, Zooey's sister Emily Deschanel, star of Fox's Bones, is pregnant with her second child with husband David Hornsby.
