Battlefield Hardline has a release date set for March 19, 2015, which means an open Beta test is on its way before that! This week, the game's executive producer Steve Papoutsis revealed some great new details on the upcoming Beta, including the fact that every console will have access to the gameplay. Unfortunately, we still have no date set for the Beta, but we're sure it'll happen soon. Check out more details below!

According to IGN, a recent blog post on the official Battlefield website explains that PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC will all be all be to support the upcoming open Beta. On top of that news, Papoutis revealed that there won't be a progression cap on the Beta gameplay, meaning you can continue your progress once you purchase the game in March.
"While it's just a taste of the whole game, we want you to come in, take your jacket off, stay awhile," the executive producer said this week. "There won't be a cap on the max progression level so whether you're busting criminals or fleeing the cops, unlock away. The beta is your shot to test the different classes, toy with different gadgets, and find your crew to take down your foes. To be frank, we want you to play this beta to death. We need you to. This test is only going to make the game stronger, and help us take a look at ways we can ensure we deliver the most stable launch you deserve."
