We all want more Louis C.K. don't well? Well, until we start seeing new episodes of his hit FX series Louie, can we all settle for behind the camera? Hopefully ... because we have no choice. Anyway, it's being reported that the famed stand up is going to be heading to the director's chair to direct his Lucky Louie co-star, and notable Californication actress, Pamela Adlon in a comedy pilot for FX titled Better Things. The network, of course, is the very same that airs C.K.'s Louie, which begins its fifth season is the Spring 2015.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series was created by Adlon, and since the two work so well together – Adlon is also a producer on Louie – they teamed up yet again! Per THR, Better Things will star Adlon as Sam, a "working actor trying to earn a living, navigate her three daughters' lives, having fun with a friend, and also – just maybe – squeezing in some sex once in a while."
The actress will reportedly write the pilot with Louis and will executive produce the show alongside 3 Arts Entertainment's Dave Becky and Blair Breard. Whether or not C.K. will make an appearance remains to be seen. Of course, since Adlon has made several guest appearances on Louie, we feel pretty, pretty lucky.

With the news, C.K. is also currently gearing up for a new stand up tour. For his dates, check out the comedian's site.
