Amanda Bynes reportedly had a meltdown in West Hollywood yesterday, Sept. 17, 2012.  All the drama with DUI charges, car accidents and rumors of her smoking weed seems to finally catch up on her.  According to TMZ a clerk said that while Bynes was shopping at Kin's boutique, Bynes locked herself in the dressing room for about 2 hours.  Every 10 minutes, the clerk would hear banging coming from her dressing room and immediately called another clerk for assistance because they were concerned.  Another employee made their way to the boutique, while Bynes refused to come out, telling them, "I need more time."

By 5:30 PM, Bynes, finally came out, and checked out at the register buying a few items.  As Amanda walked out she realized she still had on her bathing suit top that was underneath her dress and told the clerk that she forgot it was on, and paid for the suit.

After noticing paparrazi outside the boutique she asked the clerk to call her a cab.

Bynes's odd behavior is being compared to pop star, Britney Spears, after her past meltdown. Spears's, meltdown was so bad that her father began looking after the celebrity while she went through a divorce with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, who she agreed to give him sole, legal, and physical custody of their two sons in 2008.

Even though, media continues to compare the actress distressing behavior to the pop diva, Bynes continues to deny that she is in perfect condition in making life choices and refuses to have a conservatorship. She also denies that she has a substance abuse problem after pictures of her smoking an unknown substance in her car with a suspended license was captured by paparazzi.

As well as dismissing the substance abuse charges, Bynes calls her pending criminal hit-and-run charges and the DUI cases bogus.
