Doughbeezy Kills Robber In Home Invasion: Rapper Thanks Fans For Support After Near-Death Experience & Murder

Rapper Doughbeezy aka Tai Carr killed an unknown invader after their violent encounter which left him in the hospital with lacerations and contusions after being pistol whipped.

The incident occurred Tuesday around 9:20 p.m. when two men approached the rapper and his friend's family in front of their home and ordered them to enter the home after getting pistol whipped. According to reports, Carr broke free and grabbed his gun from his trunk and fired one shot Marquez Romero Heckard, who ran free and fatally shot the second suspect.

  Later, police found Romero-Heckard hidingin a Wendy's bathroom and charged him of three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated robbery.

The rapper explained the incident in a now deleted Instagram post:

My life was almost taken from me last night. Nothing or no one but God was watching over me, I'm supposed to be dead. When the gunman got instructed to shoot me, he froze. When they tried to kidnap me in my own car, I was able to fight my way out the car before being pistol whipped. After being pistol whipped, my friend and her family pulled up and we all got instructed to go in the house and that's when God made a way for to break loose and make it back to my trunk for my pistol. If I never was able to break away for my trunk, I wouldn't be here today telling you this story.
