The last time these two squads met, Hotspur came out on top, but United definitely scared them a bit. This time around, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is making sure his team doesn't underestimate the underdogs.
"Now we realize the level of Sheffield United. We have seen other examples in the FA Cup too, so we have to be strong in our minds and expect a tough game," he said in a press conference ahead of the match. "It is going to be a difficult game in a good atmosphere and we have to be ready to fight. We have to improve our game and play more quickly than in the first leg, when we played in a very slow tempo. They played deep and we ended up playing the way they wanted us to play, so now we must play quicker and the way we want to play. It is the most important game [of the season so far] because it is the chance to play in a final at Wembley. It is important to have the opportunity to win a cup in March. I think that is very important and would be a very good thing for the club."

Meanwhile, United's coach, Nigel Clough this week accused the EPL teams of not taking these Cup matches as seriously as they do the league games - giving his squad a bit of an advantage in terms of determination.
"It's all down to the Premier League lads not taking the cups as seriously as the other players," he said this week. "The cups are so important to lower league players and lower league clubs, I don't think that's matched in the Premier League. I don't think they regard it with the same importance, even when they put a full side out."
