The Chicago Blackhawks battle it out on the ice against the Los Angeles Kings in Week 16 of the regular season on Wednesday, January 28 at 10:30 p.m. EST at the Staples Center in LA. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Wednesday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following the first few opening weeks of the 2014-2015 regular season, the Blackhawks snag the awesome No. 3 spot in Pierre LeBrun's official NHL power rankings for ESPN.com with a 30-15-2 winning record:
"I pushed my preseason Cup pick down to eighth last week in the rankings so that I could wake them up. It worked. You're welcome, Hawks fans. Now comes a tough six-game road trek though L.A., Anaheim, San Jose, Minnesota, Winnipeg and St. Louis."
Meanwhile, the Kings currently hold the No. 17 spot (out of 30 teams) with a 20-15-12 record. According to LeBrun:
"Can you believe the Kings went into the break winning only twice in 11 games (2-4-5)? I mean, when is this Kings nightmare going to end and when are the real Cup champs going to turn it on?"
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels CSNC and NBCS, but fans can also listen in on the radio at WGN, WBUZ, KHTK, and KAHI.
