NeNe Leakes Sends Kenya Moore a Cease and Desist Letter, Only for Moore to Post It Via Instagram [PHOTOS]

Kenya Moore is truly one brave girl! MStars News has learned that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Celebrity Apprentice contestant has slapped NeNe Leakes back in the face after Leakes sent her a cease and desist order. But Moore later posted it on Instagram.

According to Madame Noire, Leakes's legal team sent the letter to Moore, warning her to stop making "false, destructive and defamatory statements" about the Cinderella star and if she doesn't she could face some legal consequences.

The letter read:

"Your postings on Bravo TV have been false, malicious and ostensibly made with the intent to cause damage to her reputation by exposing her to public hatred, contempt and ridicule, and injuring her in her trade and/or profession." The order added, "Particularly, your statement was made with intent to directly injure and defame Mrs. Leakes and the perception of her in the broadcast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), her brand as a member of the cast and her brand in the entertainment and celebrity industry in general."

Leakes may have thought she was doing something good when she sent the legal documents to Moore on her birthday, but it seems Moore has the last laugh as she posted it to Instagram for the world to see.

"I guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday! #RHOA #HypocrisyAtItsBest #byegirl #SheTriedIt #SoNastySoRude," Moore captioned the photo below.

Moore is known for stirring up trouble, and has been trashing not only her RHOA co-star, but also her Celebrity Apprentice co-stars like Brandi Glanville.

During last week's episode, Moore was praised about working with Glanville, but she didn't care. She said:

"I did not bring up LeAnn Rimes with her when I had my scene, I did not bring up the fact that her husband left her for a younger and prettier woman so she should not be doing that. She should be leaving my personal life alone and it is obviously something that she does not know anything about. She should not be talking about that, that is unprofessional."

Hopefully, Moore's post won't get her into more trouble ...
