Since joining the royal family in April 2011, Middleton has spent £35,000 on "work related" clothes which is the same salary as a PAF pilot. Middleton has been criticized for spending so much money on clothing within a 5 year recession going on strong. The Dutchess of Cambridge may want to cut back on spending before she draws more unwanted attention for herself again.

Some may agree that the wardrobe is necessary as a Royal figure working abroad as an ambassador. Undoubtedly, she is one of the most photographed females in the world.
