The au natural look comes days after the Hunger Games beauty made jokes about her own blockbuster franchise, which co-stars Liam Hemsworth, at the 2015 Producers Guild Awards.
According to E! Online, the Oscar winner was snapped by paparazzi as she went on her way to the doctor's office. The 24-year old wore an oversized boyfriend jeans, with a black sleeveless turtleneck top. Without any makeup on, the Silver Linings Playbook actress still looked gorgeous as she walked away in her cheetah-print loafers.
This wasn't the last time we saw the blonde bombshell dressing down. We last saw her having fun while supporting her home team during the Louisville Cardinals vs. Kentucky Wildcats game.
