Taylor Swift played a phenomenal set at Las Vegas' iHeartRadio music festival on Saturday, Sept. 22, but that doesn't mean the performance went off totally without a hitch. While Swift was making her way through a swarm of fans towards the stage during her opening song "Sparks Fly," looks like one crazed fan took hold of her glittery gold dress a little too hard, resulting in the strap breaking and flapping down in an awkward (but not exposing) wardrobe malfunction.

Thank goodness Swift was wearing a sequined top underneath the sheer, glittery dress ensemble, or else Kate Middleton-esque "topless photos" headlines would have probably made it big this week.

Swift didn't take notice of the sagging dress strap until seconds later, but continued her performance onstage without the slightest bit of hesitation (seems as if iHeartRadio cameramen attempted to focus cameras away from the wardrobe mishap throughout the ordeal). Swift momentarily stepped off stage in-between songs - when the 22-year-old songstress returned to perform the hit "You Belong with Me" she had shed the glittery dress, wearing just the sequined top underneath and a pair of black shorts.

During the "Love Story" star's 30-minute set, she played other hits including "Mean" and her newest single "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together." On Monday's episode of "Good Morning America," Swift also debuted a sneak peak of another single off of her upcoming "Red" album, "Begin Again." The tune will be available for download starting Tuesday, Sept. 25:

Swift spoke with Rolling Stone backstage at the iHeartRadio music festival, admitting that there will be some surprise collaborations on the "Red" album (to be released Oct. 22): "I really want there to be so many surprises left on the record for when it comes out eventually, some collaborations that haven't been talked about and some songs that are definitely what make the album so unique."
