'Once Upon A Time' [SPOILERS]: Returning Villain Coming To Storybrooke – Will Peter Pan, The Wicked Witch Or Cora Cause Chaos In Emma Swan's Life? [PHOTO]

Once Upon A Time is headed for the dark side and no, we aren't talking about Star Wars – even though we would love that! We are talking about some truly dark characters making their way to the land of Storybrooke. While viewers got to see the introduction, and reintroduction of some villainesses during the midseason finale, including Cruella De Vil, Maleficent, and Ursula, it is the return of another female baddie that has sent the Internet into a frenzy today.

According to E! News, Rebecca Mader, who fans loved to hate as the Wicked Witch of the West, aka Zelena, will be returning to the series come springtime.

Fans may be scratching their heads at this news, remembering that Zelena was taken out by Rumple during the season three episode titled, "Kansas." However, it is being reported that Zelena will only be seen during flashbacks when she reprises her role.

It is still being speculated on whether or not Mader's character will be green during her flashbacks or still innocent, but we have a feeling that she will be getting mixed in with Cruella, Ursula, Maleficent, and Rumple, as they search for the "Author" of the storybook.

TV Line also reported on Mader's returning, saying that the Lost alum is returning to the set in Vancouver this week, to start filming her episodes.

It looks like the season half of the season is going to be all about the baddies, as Once Upon a Time took to their official Facebook account to preview an all new poster for the new episodes, which features our favorite villainesses looking wicked as ever.

Once will return for the remainder of it's fourth season on March 1 on ABC, with Mader's episodes expected to air during the second half of the season.
