Family Moves Bobbi Kristina to New Hospital as Bobby Brown Claims His Daughter Never Married Her 'Brother' Nick Gordon and Is Investigating His Daughter's Bathtub Incident [DETAILS]

MStars News has learned that Bobbi Kristina has been moved to another hospital so she will receive the best neurological treatment around the city of Atlanta. According to TMZ, Kristina's move didn't go forth without some exchanged drama between her family members. A family insider has revealed that the late Whitney Houston's only daughter has been moved to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Emory has a record for having one of the best neurological care services. Bobby Brown's daughter was previously receiving care at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, near her home where she was found unresponsive by her rumored husband Nick Gordon and a friend in a bathtub Saturday, Jan. 31.

The decision to move Kristina has made some problems between the Houstons and Bobby Brown. According to TMZ, both parties are in disagreement about the access granted where Kristina is getting care.

One source claimed the Brown family has been behaving badly. One source described the bitter battle as, "The Houston family is sick of the Brown family acting up, as they always do."

Other issues have also unfolded during this terrible time is Brown has claimed that his daughter was never married to Nick Gordon.

According to the New Edition singer's attorney, "Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon."

Surprisingly, the Houston family has taken Brown's side on this story and claims Kristina never "officially" married her brother, whom Whitney took in as a teenage and raised.

Houston family sources also revealed that there has never been a legal marriage document revealing that the couple were indeed husband and wife.

So if the worst happens, Gordon will not get one dime of Houston's fortune.

The fake marriage has been believed ever since the couple revealed that they were married via social media.

Brown is also investigating the cause of his daughter's incident.

In a statement revealed by E!, Brown's attorney said, "We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina."
