The second half of Season 4 of Suits continues with an all-new episode on USA Network. Kicking off from its previous cliffhanger, with their professional careers at stake, will Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) earn 'Respect' from Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman)?
On a rooftop, Harvey meets with Jessica (Gina Torres) about the lies she told to Jeff. Mike and Harvey meet with an old enemy, Professor Gerard (Stephen Macht), who needs a lawyer to win for him. Unfortunately, anger gets the best of Harvey as he yells Gerard out of his office.
Mike discovers Harvey doesn't want to represent Gerard because he's innocent. Harvey just wants revenge against someone who hurt him in the past. Jessica tells Louis that she lied to Jeff and now he has to follow that lie. In return, Louis wants one of Harvey's clients.
After Harvey agrees to represent Gerard, Mike has to figure out a way around his alibi. When Louis utters the word, "respect," Harvey refuses to give up any of his clients to him. Donna (Sarah Rafferty) realizes Harvey is screwing Louis out of pettiness because Gerard never gave respect to him.
After Donna gives Louis one of Harvey's clients, he then asks for help from a reluctant Rachel (Meghan Markle). During the night, Jeff sets up a dinner date with Jessica. As they make a toast, Louis is having a boring dinner with Harvey's clients, Joan. Louis' date ends badly because he screwed up with Joan and accidentally helped out her competitor.
Louis thinks Rachel sandbagged him, but she is going to stay and help him. Rachel wants to prove to him she is a professional and an associate. Mike and Gerard go over their story before they head on over the court. Mike discovers Gerard keeps changing the story, missing the details because he's lying about how he got the money.
Harvey wants to know from Gerard where he got his money. Gerard got the money from a student, who asked to change his grade. Harvey refuses to take the case because it's now perjury. Harvey thought Gerard was better than him because of his ethics.
Rachel saves Louis with a corporate espionage clause, but he's still ungrateful. They're still not friends in his mind. Joan tells Louis that she isn't important to Harvey, just his leftover. Donna argues she's done fighting for Louis, who's too arrogant to work with the team.
Mike confronts Gerard's student and gets him to sign an affidavit. Before he leaves, Gerard apologizes for getting him down. Louis confronts Jeff and tells him his name is going to stay on the wall.
