The Hollywood teen may have secretly "terminated" the alleged pregnancy.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, Kourtney Kardashian's longtime boyfriend (and the father of her three young children) Scott Disick is currently working on a "tell all" book about the limelight-seeking fam. OK! supposedly reports in an upcoming issue:

Apparently she got scared, panicked, and asked Disick for some advice. The "article then implies" that Miss Jenner ultimately decided to get an abortion, because she's too young and immature to care for a kid.
