It's being reported that Bruce Jenner was involved in a horrific accident on California's famed Pacific Coast Highway. Jenner reportedly rear-ended a car in front of him in Malibu and pushed them into oncoming traffic, killing the driver of the Lexus in front of him. Now, it's being reported that he could have been texting just before the car crash. News of the car accident comes in the middle of Jenner's alleged sex change, in which the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is transitioning from a man to a woman after divorcing from longtime wife, and mother to Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner.
TMZ notes that the LA Country Sheriff's department are going to get a search warrant in order to unfold whether or not Jenner was actually texting before he "slammed into a car."
The authorities plan to grab Jenner's phone records, on top of the mobile phone itself, to determine if he was or not. The site does note that if he wasn't texting, some photos make it look like he was "clutching something in his left hand."
Of course, the images are rather indistinct.

The gossip sites claims that should it be discovered that Jenner was in fact texting, he could be charged with vehicular manslaughter. TMZ's law enforcement sources, however, claim that "they're positive" Jenner tried to avoid the accident. They believe, "The tires on his trailer produced significant skid marks and at the last minute Bruce veered to the right, causing the Lexus to swing left into oncoming traffic."
Authorities didn't check Jenner's phone on the spot because they were "more interested in his sobriety," as one officer put it to the site.
