So, former "Friends" starlet Jennifer Aniston is pregnant and now wants to get breast augmentation.

The 46-year-old "Horrible Bosses" actress is stunning - her boobs are definitely not "saggy!"

But according to the seedy gossip tabloid InTouch, Aniston's ready to "enhance" her cleavage because her figure isn't fully Red Carpet worthy.

She's thought about getting her boobs done for years but never considered it a priority - until now. She wants to look her absolute best at her upcoming wedding." 

And she will - without getting a boob job! GossipCop's go-to rep insists that such shady claims are "completely absurd." But the know-all source continues:

"[She] wants to give herself a lift... She isn't interested in changing her breast size, just in reversing gravity a little."

But just because she's now middle-aged does not mean Aniston needs to get surgery to maintain her natural beauty. Surly Theroux remains infatuated no matter what.

Meanwhile, some fans STILL believe that the blonde bombshell may be expecting a "secret" child with longtime fiance, Justin Theroux. Also not true. Such baby bump buzz has been circulating online for years. At this point, Aniston's fabricated kid would already be an infant!

Aniston began dating her "Wanderlust" co-star in 2011 and they got engaged in Augut 2012. Still no details on the official wedding date.
