The Boston Bruins battle it out on the ice against the Calgary Flames in Week 19 of the NHL regular season on Monday, February 16 at 9:00 p.m. EST at Scotiabank Saddledome in Alberta. Heading into the 2014-2015 regular mid-season, the Bruins drop to the No. 18 spot in Scott Burnside's official NHL power ranking for ESPN.com with a 28-20-7 record:
"The Bruins have lost three in a row and keep faint playoff hopes alive for Florida and Philadelphia with their sideways play."
Meanwhile, the Flames currently maintain the steady No. 13 spot (out of 30 total teams) with a 31-22-3 record. According to Burnside:
"The Flames continue to collect pivotal points over Western Conference rivals, as witnessed by their 3-2 win over Vancouver on Saturday."
