Lindsay Lohan's Movie, "Liz & Dick" set to premiere on the Lifetime network on November 25th.  The young actress is set to play the lead role as a young Elizabeth Taylor in the years where she met her husband Richard Burton onset of the film "Cleopatra." Alongside Lohan's,  Grant Bowler who starred in "True Blood" and  "Lost" will play Taylor's ex-husband, Burton, whom she married and divorced twice.

During filming for "Liz &Dick," Lohan had struggle with substance abuse and faced legal troubles. At one point she was treated by paramedics for exhaustion and dehydration. Since then trouble kept following the actress after she had a recent run in with the law after allegedly clipping a pedestrian while parking in New York City in September.

A more current and similar instance happened when Christian LaBella, former congressional aide for Illinois Rep. John Shimkus, was arrested and taken in on a misdemeanor assault charge, but was released Sunday. The two are filing harassment complaints against each other and are being interviewed by police. Lohan's publicist Steve Honig expressed his anger that no charges were made against LaBella, "We think it's both distressing and outrageous, Lindsey was assaulted and there needs to be a consequence for that."

Allegedly, a 911 call came from the W Hotel in Manhattan where Lohan had pulled the fire alarm around 6 a.m. The two had met at a night club earlier that evening and went back to Lohan's room. According to the Associated Press, officials said, Lohan noticed that he was taking photos of her and that's when she had taken his cell phone from him. Lohan claims that LaBella had gotten physical with her and threw her, according to Honig.

Lindsay just needs to go on a long vacation and meditate before things get even worse and she ruins her career again before taking off. Second chances are very rare.
