'The Bachelorette' Andi Dorfman 'Chris Tells All' Josh Murray Split, 'Biggest Failure of My Life': Juan Pablo's Former Lover Talks Engagement Ending

We hate to see reality TV love fade away, but unfortunately for TV shows like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, these love affairs quickly fizzle once the couples leave the TV world behind them. While the odds aren't in the favor of most of the contestants, the pain doesn't sting us as fans any less when the relationship comes to an end. We took it especially hard when Juan Pablo's former lover Andi Dorfman and her beau Josh Murray called it quits earlier this year. The former Bachelorette has appeared to be heartbroken since revealing that she and Murray broke up in January. The star even appeared on an ABC special, called Chris Tells All, where Bachelor/Bachelorette host Chris Harrison spoke to the former contestant about her failed engagement. Dorfman explained that she felt like the ending of the relationship was the "biggest failure of my life."

According to People, she also mentioned to Chris that she knew their relationship was over after they attended the premiere of the Chris Soules season of The Bachelor in January.

"Having people ask about wedding dates and then seeing the other happy couples and people planning weddings, we had to ask ourselves, 'Why aren't we planning a wedding? Let just be honest -- why is it that we don't have a date?'... That trip was very eye-opening," Andi explained.

According to The Huffington Post, despite how sad and hurtful the breakup was, Dorfman and Murray mutually called it off together.

"We were both very aware of the fact that we just didn't better each other," the star explained. "I didn't feel supported and empowered, and I don't think I gave him the support and empowerment that he needed."

"I'll always love him like I've never loved anybody like that in my life," the former contestant continued. "That was my first true love, without a doubt."
