It looks like Nicki Minaj's beef with Mariah Carey is officially brewing on the set of the "American Idol" auditions - in a video captured by TMZ, a verbal "fight" breaks out between the two pop divas, with Minaj ultimately throwing an expletive-laden hissy fit/freak out aimed right towards the "Triumphant" songstress. Although the video's audio isn't too great, at one point Minaj furiously shouts, "I told them I'm not f-kin' putting up with her f-kin' highness over there!"
Rumors had it that the two headstrong females would clash on the "American Idol" set, but who knew it'd get this heated. There are different stories as to how the "fight" actually got started - some reports say it was over a contestant's performance, while others insist Carey initially starting making little "jabs" at Minaj, prompting her to furiously respond. Either way, innocent "AI" newbie judge Keith Urban looks utterly helpless stuck in the middle of Minaj's profanity-driven rant, check it out:

Minaj, Cary, Urban, and Randy Jackson began judging the auditions for "American Idol" season 12 on Sept. 16, and while rumors of the two pop divas feuding began surfacing immediately, both stars shrugged it off as mere hearsay. But with this just-released video from the Charlotte, NC auditions, the fact that the two don't seem to get along very well is pretty hard to ignore.
Apparently, 42-year-old Carey had been poking fun at the "wild-haired, wig-loving, bi-h" Minaj for quite some time before the "Pound the Alarm" songstress had her own freak-out, yelling at Carey, "I'm gonna knock you out!"
The recent blowup has "Idol" producers worried that the beef between Minaj and Carey may ultimately ruin the show - "It's a major concern now," an inside "Idol" source told the Daily News. "They obviously don't like each other, but they have signed contracts and need to learn how to at least tolerate each other."
