Kim Richards has gone from not having a huge storyline during last season of RHOBH to be in the middle of this year's drama. The star's sobriety issues have been playing a crucial part in the second half of Season 5, and with newbie Lisa Rinna trying to help the starlet, it seems that the issues are getting even bigger than anyone expected. According to E! News, during last night's Feb. 17, new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Rinna wants to create a support system for Kim in the wake of her "relapse" at Eileen Davidson's poker party.
The housewife feels that Richards's issues should be out in the open so people can address them should something like this happen again.
"What is everyone so scared of? That is what I want to know," the newcomer explained of talking to Kim about her sobriety issues. "Why is everyone scared of Kim Richards?"
But it doesn't seem that Kim likes being the center of attention with all the rumors, reports and talk surrounding her current status. The housewife took to her Bravo TV blog to address the issues that were brought up during last night's show.
"I just don't get it," the star wrote. "It's getting to a point where I actually feel bad for them -- I would hate talking about me all the time. Haha!"
Maybe Kim should take Brandi Glanville's advice in the meme below:
"I wish people would just stop trying to intrude in my life and 'fix' a problem that doesn't exist," Richards explained. "Would it break their hearts terribly to know and accept that I am healthy and well? I hate to sound like a broken record, but yes, I made a mistake when I took Mont'y pain pill to relieve the chronic pain from my injuries, and yes, I am still sober and strong mentally and physically.
"However, that one situation did not give anyone the right to spread the rumor that I had relapsed and been drinking," the star continued.
