Former Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta reality star K. Michelle sends a special shout-out to Nicki Minaj's ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels following her sinus surgery.

Friday, the talented singer posted a photo of sunflowers from the "Burner" rapper and thanks him for his sweet gesture, "Woke up from my surgery yesterday and got my favorite flower. Very sweet. Thanks

@sbstunts much respect that was real. Thanks to everyone who called and text to make sure I was good. I'm up, blessed, and ready to sing. #chill #noshade #nodramastopmakingit#hesmyfriend #notamediastory #hotpocketisclosed#gummybearsaremyfsvorite #letmelive #ohiwilllive."

The "Maybe I Should Call" beauty revealed that she just had surgery, but will be back on the stage very soon.

"Wow. From sold out club dates on Rebellious Soul tour to sold out theaters on this "My Twisted Mind" tour. It's not a sprint it's a marathon. They keep saying I can't, and God keeps showing I can. You see how they hate on me, but you also see how God keeps blessing me." She wrote, "Never compare where u are in your life to some one else. I used to ask why I wasn't where other some artist were, because it wasn't and isn't my time for certain things. There are asking why they aren't where I'm at. Can't compare your life's beginning chapter with other people's middle and ending chapter. I just started performing at this level and look what God has already done. You better learn to be grateful. Sorry if I'm a little emotional this morning. I had sinus surgery yesterday and I'm a little doped up off the pain meds but I'm speaking the truth
