Chris Brown's recent split from model Karrueche Tran began to fuel the already growing rumors that he would now ultimately get back together with ex-flame Rihanna. But in a recent raw video released by Brown entitled "The Real Chris Brown," the "Don't Wake Me Up" star admits that he's truly in love with both women, and goes on to beg the question, "Is it possible? Is there such a thing as loving two people?"
In the just-released video, Brown swears that he's not trying to "play" either Tran or Rihanna - he just deeply cares for both of them. While Brown admits that he's somewhat intoxicated at the start of the video clip, he goes on to say: "When you share history with somebody, then you tend to fall in love with somebody else, it's kind of difficult, you know what I'm saying? Is there such thing as loving two people? I don't know. I don't know if that's possible, but for me, I feel like that."
Brown openly broke things off with Tran on Thursday - he was spotted hooking up and "making out" with Rihanna at a New York nightclub on Monday. The two were also spotted snuggling up at a Jay-Z concert together this week. The duo dated back in 2008, but broke up in the winter of 2009 when Brown was charged with domestically abusing the "We Found Love" songstress. Their ongoing controversial relationship has made gossip tabloid headlines ever since.
In "The Real Chris Brown" video (recorded from the backseat of a car), the 23-year-old singer declares, "I don't want to hurt either or. I'm not trying to be a player, I'm not trying to be a dog. I'm not none of that. My momma raised me differently."
While Rihanna has remained relatively quiet on the subject, Tran posted this on Twitter after the video was made viral:
