Lindsay Lohan and Dina Lohan allegedly got into a fight early this morning. According to TMZ, Lindsay called 911 and claimed that she was being held against her will by her mother, Dina and driver.

The fight was believed to start the night before when the mother-daughter duo went to a nightclub in New York City together for some family bonding. Reportedly, around 4 A.M. the pair decided to leave the club and head back to Dina's home in Long Island. On their drive home the two got into an argument which then turned physical. Allegedly, Lindsay sustained a cut on her leg.

According to TMZ, police say, a domestic incident report was made but no arrests.

Back in September, Lohan had gotten into an altercation, Christian LaBella, former congressional aide for Illinois Rep. John Shimkus. LeBella was arrested and taken in on a misdemeanor assault charge, but was released. The two are filed harassment complaints against each other and are being interviewed by police. Lohan's publicist Steve Honig expressed his anger that no charges were made against LaBella, "We think it's both distressing and outrageous, Lindsey was assaulted and there needs to be a consequence for that."

Allegedly, a 911 call came from the W Hotel in Manhattan where Lohan had pulled the fire alarm around 6 a.m. The two had met at a night club that evening and went back to Lohan's room. According to the Associated Press, officials said, Lohan noticed that he was taking photos of her and that's when she had taken his cell phone from him. Lohan claims that LaBella had gotten physical with her and threw her, according to Honig.

This girl seriously needs help!
