Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry has been having horrible fights with husband Javi Marroquin that will be shown on next season of their reality show. But with two kids, Isaac and Lincoln, in the house, how much are their brawls are affecting the family? Could a custody battle be in their future? "The kids didn't really know about the fighting," a source told Radar Online. "They really try not to do it in front of them." "Isaac[, 5,] will tell them not to fight if he even thinks they are fighting," the source continued. "Like if they are joking and it sounds like fighting to him, he will say, 'No fighting!'"
Luckily for the reality couple, Lincoln is only a 1-year-old, so he's oblivious to what's going on.
"Lincoln doesn't know about the fighting, though," according to Radar. "He's still too young -- and the fights are not serious things."
Even though they have been arguing all the time, their marriage doesn't seem to be in danger ... right now.
"Kailyn and Javi will get through it," the source told the gossip site. "They are fine right now. But if they don't [get through it], they don't. Kailyn loves Javi, but life is too short. She is about to turn 23 and she has two kids and a career ahead of her."
"It's hard, too, because there's so many people who want them to fail and comment saying, 'They'll only make it through two years of marriage,'" the source went on. "So that makes Kailyn want to prove them wrong. But when it comes down to it, it's not about that. It's about her family and their lives."
One thing that's certain: The MTV pair does not want to break up even if their blow-ups get even worse.
"Divorce isn't an option right now," the source maintained. "But if they couldn't work it out, then Kailyn is not going to keep herself and her kids in a family/marriage that isn't working."
As MStars News reported, the reality star opened a can of worms when writing to her 1.4 million Instagram followers about the troubles in her marriage.
"Nobody told me marriage was easy but I never could have imagined the limits it would push me to," she posted. "We aren't perfect and we've never claimed to be. I've fought harder with you and for you than I ever have for anyone. Now, all I can hope is that we can keep pushing forward and learn from what we have gone through and what we are going through."
"If I posted this saying everything was perfect, I would be lying because it's not," she continued. "But, at the end of the day, I want you by my side when we're 80, still pinching my butt and making me laugh. I love you, Jose."
