Casey Anthony Lawsuit: $3 Billion For Threats To A Pennsylvania Woman

Casey Anthony received a three billion dollar lawsuit from a Pennsylvania woman named Naomi Riches.

 According to Radaronline, Riches claimed Anthony threatened to kill her which caused her "emotional and mental distress." According to Riches, Anthony had claimed to be linked to a secret society and threatened to stab her in the eye.

 "Casey Anthony is an Illuminati actress who has used the summers 2009-2011 to mock and harass my current circumstances," Riches continued in her lawsuit:

"Casey Anthony and Nancy Grace are working in cahoots with one another to fill the media with propaganda so that American Citizens believe there is Justice in this country ... Casey Anthony called my house August 2011 and told me that my life was being exploited and that I was a hated nation wife, she told me she would come to my house in Fort Collins, Colorado and kill me just as they did Peggy Hettrick in 1987."

Riches claims that Anthony told her that the government would poison her water supply. The Pennsylvanian woman also claimed that she was so "terrified to shower and drink water for months" that she had to spend $600 on bottled water.

Riches case was lawsuit was dismissed by US Magistrate Judge David Baker who said her allegations did not meet the "plausibility standard."

Anthony was found not guilty of the murder of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2011.
