Giuliana Rancic might have gone off the script when she made her now infamous comment about Zendaya Coleman on Fashion Police, but the E! star is about to go even further off the script, as she is set to release a tell-all book about her life. That's right, fans are going to get all the details on Rancic's life as her new memoir Going Off Script: How I Survived a Crazy Childhood, Cancer, and Clooney's 32 On-Screen Rejections will be released in the coming weeks.
Rancic might be making headlines lately for the controversy that erupted on Fashion Police after she commented on Zendaya's dreadlocks, saying they looked like they smelt "like patchouli or weed," but it seems that fans are going to get to see a whole other side to Giuliana in this book.
According to the book's press release Giuliana was a rebel while she was growing up and this memoir will document that, even telling stories of how she used to steal cars as an adolescent.
"What fans may not know is that she ... used to have a bad habit of stealing cars for fun," the release explained.
According to Radar Online, the autobiography will also focus on Giuliana overcoming breast cancer, and most likely her relationship with Bill Rancic, and the birth of the couple's son via surrogate.
The publishers of the book also explained that it showed how Giuliana got her dream life without also coloring inside the lines.
"You don't always have to follow the rules to get the life you've always dreamed of," the publishers explained.
This isn't Giuliana's first foray into the world of publishing, as she also published a book in 2006 called Think Like a Guy: How to Get a Guy by Thinking Like One. Then in 2010 her and hubby Bill wrote a book about marriage called I Do. Now What?
Going Off Script will be released on April 7.
