Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Have Sex "500 Times A Day": Trying for Sister to Baby North

Never one to be shy about her sex life, Kim Kardashian has revealed some pretty steamy secrets about her private life with husband Kanye West. In a newly-released promo for the March premiere of the 10th season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she jokes that she and West spend an impressive amount of sexy time together.

"I've been having sex 500 times a day," a tired-looking Kardashian reveals to a horrified Khloe Kardashian.

This isn't the first time Kardashian has given fans a glimpse into she and West's plans to conceive a baby for one-year-old daughter, North.

In a past clip from the show, the two try to conceive in a bathroom during a photoshoot. "I was like, 'I'm ovulating today!' So I made him come to my photo shoot," she explains to her younger sister, Khloe, after their not-so-secret romantic moment.

"Was Kanye just here? You didn't bone in a bathroom...That's how hard you're trying?" asks Khloe incredulously, while Kim responds with coy smile.

"I want a boy and another girl; I want it to start happening straight away," Kim told Elle U.K. in January. "I loved being part of a huge family –– and I want that for North. We'd do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally."

When not working on producing his next baby, West has been busy making new music. He performed "FourFiveSeconds" on the Grammys with Rihanna and Paul McCartney in January. Just on March 7th, the rapper launched a four-night residency in Paris during which he'll perform each night at the Foundation Louis Vuitton.

 West played a snippet from the video for his single "All Day" during the first of the four shows.
