'Teen Mom 2' Chelsea Houska Gets a Special Gift From Boyfriend Cole DeBoer - Is an Engagement Ring Next?

Teen Mom 2 star, Chelsea Houska, looks like she is closer to an engagement now more than ever since her boyfriend, Cole DeBoer, keeps spoiling her with gifts. After being surprised with flowers for Valentine's Day, the MTV star is getting more presents just weeks later.

In photos posted on her Twitter, the reality star found a mysterious box on her doorstep. It said it was from her "#1 Fan" with the print on the box reading, "With every pair you purchase, will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need. One for One." It scared her for a second as she captioned the pic, "Soooo this was on my doorstep and I was super creeped out..."

When the MTV mom opened the box, she was surprised to find a new Fitbit given to her by her man. She wrote, "But it was Cole surprising me haha I've been wanting a Fitbit! He so tuuuute." Fitbit is a wearable fitness tracker for those exercise and nutrition fanatics.

With Chelsea's love surprising her with gifts all the time, could this mean an engagement surprise is next?

As MStars News reported, the reality mom recently posted a wedding video that had her in tears. It featured NASCAR driver Brian Scott reciting wedding vows to his little stepdaughter Brielle.

"I promise to always hold your hand and skip with you down the street and bring comfort to your life," he said in the viral video, now with over 6 illion views. "I vow to make you say your prayers before you eat. I promise to read you stories at night and to always tuck you in real tight. I vow to show you how a man should treat a woman in my relationship with your mother. And above all else, I vow to protect you, care for you and love you forever."
