Justin Bieber just celebrated his 21st birthday earlier this month - and despite his young age, the "Believe" crooner is definitely a smooth ladies man!

As MstarsNews previously reported, the pop megastar allegedly "hooked-up" with "Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood" troublemaker Masika Kalysha after a wild night of partying - and the VH1 reality starlet immediately bragged about it on Instagram...

But apparently, JB also "romanced" another LA socialite during such b-day festivities!

According to the infamous gossip webloid bossip.com, the Biebs was spotted partying VIP-style at Miami's prime celebrity hot-spot IVY nightclub over the weekend. He was photographed "cuddled-up" in the corner with Miss Galore. The two spent the majority of the evening together - flirting and getting rather close. They even jammed-out to some Drizzy music!
