Jessica Sanchez, Miley Cyrus, Jordan Sparks Perform at City of Hope Spirit of Life Gala to Honor Halston CEO Ben Malka

"American Idol" stars Jessica Sanchez and Jordin Sparks joined Miley Cyrus at a special event benefiting the City of Hope organization last Wednesday evening (Oct. 10). The three young women performed at the event in honor of Halston CEO Ben Malka who won the Spirit of Life Award. Pop star Britney Spears and R&B act the Pointer Sisters also attended the red carpet "City of Hope Spirit of Life Gala" event which took place at the Exchange nightclub in L.A.

The group of female performers all looked ravishing at the City of Hope event, and all seemed to have a phenomenal time given some of the tweets they sent out later that evening on Twitter:

Spears showed up with agent-turned-hubby Jason Trawick, and while R&B crooner Jason Derulo wasn't there to walk Sparks down the red carpet, rumors have it that the two might be talking marriage! Cyrus posed for cameras sans-fiancé Liam Hemsworth, but looked killer in a punker-esque white dress ensemble. 17-year-old Sanchez paired her funky mane with a stellar black dress number (check it out).

According to the organization, "City of Hope is a leading research, treatment, and education center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. Designated as a comprehensive cancer center, the highest honor bestowed by the National Cancer Institute, and a founding member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, City of Hope's research and treatment protocols advance care throughout the nation." Ben Malka, the newest CEO of the fashion company Halston, was awarded the 2012 Spirit of Life because he help to raise extravagant funds for the charitable foundation.
