'Honey Boo Boo' Mama June Shannon Hospitalized: Family in Crisis After Sugar Bear's Ex-Girlfriend Checks Into Facility With 103 Temperature

It's a sad day for fans of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. The family just had a major health crisis over the weekend as Mama June Shannon was hospitalized. The former TLC family has been right by the matriarch's side as she checked into the facility Friday, March 6 after she complained of having trouble getting out of her bed in the morning.

According to Radar Online, Mama June was facing a serious health problem, as her vitals were all over the place.

"Her temperature went through the roof and doctors said she has pneumonia," a source told the site, after the former reality star was "having trouble getting out of bed Friday morning."

The good news is June was able to check out of the hospital and recover at home. The 35-year-old was prescribed some medicine and told to take it easy over the next few days. It seems she will be getting plenty of rest as Sugar Bear is allegedly helping her on the home front.

"Sugar Bear pitched in to watch the kids while June was getting treated and he's gonna hang around for a few days to help out while June is stuck in bed," the source explained.

TMZ is also reporting on June's ailment, saying that at the time of her check-in that June had a fever of 103 degrees and was severely dehydrated. The site also confirmed that Sugar Bear is hanging around the house helping his former lover with the kids and the household duties.

No news yet if Uncle Poodle has reached out to the family during this scary time, but we're assuming they haven't talked since June didn't check in with Sugar Bear's brother while he was in the hospital a few months ago.
