The fight between Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey on "American Idol" was the verbal celebrity feud heard around the world - and now President Barack Obama even has something to say about it. In a recent radio interview on Michael Yo's "The Yo Show," when asked if he believed the two pop divas would ever squash their beef the POTUS stated, "I think that they are going to be able to sort it out, I am confident."
Obama continues on with, "I'm all about bringing people together. Working for the same cause, I think both outstanding artists are going to be able to make sure that they're moving forward and not going backwards."
Having actually met Carey and her husband Nick Cannon (even referring to the "Triumphant" songstress as "a wonderful lady"), the Prez still maintains a neutral stance and doesn't take sides in the diva-esque feud. In fact, he even has some Minaj tunes on his personal iPod.
