"Love and Hip Hop: New York" reality star Tara Wallace says that she felt ambush by Amina Buddafly and Peter Gunz's relationship on the show.
The etiquette coach says that when Peter brought up the idea to join season 4 of the popular VH1 show, she assumed that they would be the boring couple to fill up space in some episodes and was blind-sided by Amina's and Peter's affair.
When I started the show, what I knew of Amina was, she needed management and she was writing these songs. She wanted to change her musical sound and needed that support." She added, "At this time, you have to keep in mind that financially there wasn't a lot of income coming in on his behalf so I would definitely try to encourage him to do things that he believed in. So if you're no longer an artist or the artist you want to be, let's still keep you involved and artistically motivated by being involved in other artistic projects.
When asked if she felt ambushed, she said, "I came into this show blinded." The reality star says that she has no regrets signing onto the show because it helped her see the reality of Peter's womanizing ways despite it being difficult.
