'Teen Mom 2' Chelsea Houska Engagement To Boyfriend Cole DeBoer Getting Closer: MTV Star Posts Loving Tweets, "He's Such A Wonderful Man"!

Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska has been through hell with baby daddy Adam Lind for years, but she has now found the love of her life. The MTV star even took to Twitter to declare her undying love for boyfriend Cole DeBoer, which is leading many to speculate that an engagement is not too far off.

In an adorable photo posted by the reality star, Cole is playing a game with her little girl Aubree. She captioned the pic, "He plays games/hide and seek/colors and draws with Aubree every night he is over."

The South Dakota native wasn't done there. Her feelings came over her as she went on about what his presence in her life has meant to her and her daughter.

"That's just naming a small amount compared to everything he does for us. He's such a wonderful man and I feel so lucky. #grateful," Chelsea gushed.

Even fellow Teen Mom star Maci Bookout, who is currently pregnant, got in on the action telling Chelsea how lucky she is to have found him, writing, "He seems like a keeper im happy for you" with Chelsea replying back, "@Thank you! I'm so glad you found it also! Can't wait for your pretty little lady to come.. I hope she has your red hair!"

As MStars News reported, the reality mom recently found a mysterious box on her doorstep. It said it was from her "#1 Fan" with the print on the box reading, "With every pair you purchase, will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need. One for One." It startled her for a second as she captioned the pic, "Soooo this was on my doorstep and I was super creeped out..."

However, when Chelsea opened the box, she found a new Fitbit given to her by her love. She wrote, "But it was Cole surprising me haha I've been wanting a Fitbit! He so tuuuute." Fitbit is a wearable fitness tracker on your wrist for those exercise and nutrition fanatics.
