Jennifer Lopez Wardrobe Malfunction: Suffers Cleavage and Spanx Slip During Italy Concert [PHOTO]

Pop star Jennifer Lopez had not one, but two wardrobe malfunctions at recent shows in Italy - both while wearing the same costume. The nude and glittery skintight ensemble complimented J-Lo's figure well, that is until she started moving. Once the 43-year-old songstress began bumping her shoulders to the beat during a performance at the Unipol Arena in Bologna, Italy on Thursday, she experienced an embarrassing cleavage slip as the bodysuit's hardly-there straps barely contained the "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer's enthusiasm. Reports have it that just a few days ago, Lopez experienced another onstage oops, as her Spanx shapewear were flaunted full-on display for the entire crowd to see.

Looks like Lopez (who is supposedly engaged to boyfriend Casper Smart) gave fans more than what they bargained for at the Italy shows, but doesn't seem like anyone is complaining. But maybe next time she should consider material that's a little more top-heavy - or at least double-sided tape.

Lopez (known for her very low-cut dress ensembles) isn't the first Hollywood starlet to fall victim to an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction. Remember Sofia Vergara and her butt at the Emmys? Or Janet Jackson's infamous nip-slip with Justin Timberlake live at the 2004 Super Bowl? These women took their fashion mishaps in stride - J-Lo managed to keep performing and acted as if nothing was wrong, being sure not to disappoint the  amped-up crowd. Lopez's cleavage was also supposedly exposed at the 2012 Oscars, but the singer/dancer denies it.
