Season 3 of the CW's Arrow is in full swing, and the network has now revealed when Oliver Queen's adventures for this season will come to an end with the finale air date.

The network has announced that the Arrow Season 3 finale will air Wednesday, May 13 at 8 p.m. Eastern.

In other news, the show made a brief reference to famous Batman villain Harley Quinn during the episode that focused on the Suicide Squad. A deleted scene contained a more direct reference, including Quinn's voice. But will wee see the character again?

Don't bet on it, at least according to executive producer Marc Guggenheim. Here's what Comic Book Resources reports Guggenheim had to say at the Long Beach Comics Expo. "Between Gotham and Margot Robbie playing her in the upcoming Suicide Squad film, he stated that the closest they could come is the 'wink and a nod' from last season," the site notes.

But the Suicide Squad is back on Arrow later this season, and the official description for Episode 17, entitled "Suicidal Tendencies," has been released. The episode features the return of the Suicide Squad and also features Diggle and Lyla's wedding! Here is the description in full if you missed it:

"DIGGLE MARRIES LYLA; THE SUICIDE SQUAD RIDES AGAIN — It’s celebration time as Diggle (David Ramsey) and Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) get married. However, Deadshot (guest star Michael Rowe) interrupts their honeymoon and tells them the Suicide Squad has been given a new mission – rescue United States Senator Joseph Cray (guest star Steven Culp) from a hostage situation in the Republic of Kasnia. Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) breaks down the mission and introduces them to the newest member of the Suicide Squad, Cupid (guest star Amy Gumenick). Meanwhile, Oliver (Stephen Amell) learns about Ray’s new Atom costume and the two have a heated stand-off. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Ray hit a rough patch. Jesse Warn directed the episode written by Keto Shimizu (#317)."
