Pop star Pink admits to losing 55 pounds of baby weight thanks to a strict vegan diet along with lots of yoga and cardio. The 32-year-old songstress gave birth to daughter Willow Sage Hart in June 2011, and has since managed to regain her fit and toned body thanks to an intense fitness and diet regimen. The "Raise your Glass" star flaunts her rocking and killer new post-baby weight bod on the November 2012 cover of "Shape" magazine.
Pink admitted in a recent interview with Cosmopolitan magazine that she felt like a "mess" after giving birth to her first child (with motocross star Carey Hart). The 55-pound weight gain actually surprised her: "I thought I'd feel like a goddess. They sell you on that s**t... like you'll never feel more feminine. Really, I just felt like a mess."
Even so, Pink wasn't worried about packing on a few extra pounds during the pregnancy, joking around that Willow may be "part cheesecake."
To get back in tip-top shape, the "Stupid Girls" star then turned to a strict vegan diet meaning no consumption of animal products - although she admits to occasionally eating some chicken and fish.
Pink's typical workout also involves one-hour of cardio and an additional hour of strength-training or yoga.
But it looks like the hard work paid off - check out how Pink looked at the 2012 MTV VMAs just about a year after giving birth to Willow:
