MStars News has learned that the ex-husband of Christina Milian, singer-songwriter The Dream has been cleared of all domestic violence charges against him.
According to NY Daily News, The Dream's case included felony assault and strangulation. The man behind "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)," whose real name is Terius Nash, was charged in April 2013 with choking his former girlfriend, Lydia Nam, who was pregnant at the time at the Plaza Hotel.
MStars News previously learned that Nash claims he was innocent and said the allegations were outrageous. Nam gave birth to a baby boy three months after the alleged incident occurred.

"After a thorough investigation, we have determined that we cannot prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt," prosecutor Jacqueline Cornell told The Dream.
Cornell didn't go into detail why the Manhattan District Attorney decided to drop all charges against Nash.
The former husband of Milian said he felt "joy over the result and did a short dance by the elevators while sharing a light moment with his new bride, Lalonne Martinez."
"God has a way," The Dream claims. "I'm relieved, that's all."
Andrea Zellan, Nash's lawyer stated, "We're delighted the case was dismissed."
Nash faced up to seven years in prison if he was found guilty.
The Dream has one daughter with Milian, Violent Madison Nash, who just celebrated her 5th birthday with her dad and some of her siblings.
