Andrew Kreisberg is a busy man as executive producer of Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl, but he'll have more on his plate with the upcoming Arrow/Flash spinoff. The man dropped some details about the series in a recent interview.

A major question about the show is just how Caity Lotz will return as Sara Lance, who died in the Season 3 premiere of Arrow. "I think by the Spring, you'll know," he said in an interview with Green Arrow TV. "We want to keep some surprises going, but we're really excited about that series.... just to add another leg to the tripod, and complete it. We'll get to see some of the characters that we've seen and introduce a whole bunch of new characters, and show them all in a different way, and have the show really feel different. As different as Flash feels from Arrow, this new show will feel different from both of them."

Kreisberg also addressed the show's title. "It’s still very early in the process on that," he said. "We had to make sure to get as much of the cast set as we could before we sat down to break this mega-series with all of these characters, rather than be do that and have people say they’re not interested."

Lotz appeared at a Fan Fest 2015 Panel and the moderator asked if and how Sara Lance would return to the Arrow and Flash universe.

“Sara Lance definitely died in Episode 1 of Season 3. Oh, spoiler alert! Sorry if you’re not caught up,” she joked. “And then, has anybody heard about the spin-off? So there is a new show in development and I’m so excited to finally be able to talk about this. The Atom, Firestorm, my character and, so I guess that is a big thing that’s going on and everyone keeps asking me when they see on the Internet, ‘Well, you’re dead. How are you going to be in the new show? Is it just going to be flashbacks or are you playing a whole new character? Are you Sara Lance? I would love to tell you, but I think they might kill me.”

The moderator then joked that no one in comics ever really dies. “How many times have I died already?" Lotz replied. "Sara Lance has died, I think three times, so you never know.”
