Mitt Romney's Presidential Campaign message blimp goes down in South Florida's, Broward County. The 160-foot blimp carrying the message, "America Needs Romney" crashed due to strong winds pushing the aircraft the opposite direction causing it to go down landing in a lot in Davie.
Luckily, not one resident was hurt and the pilot and one other passenger seemed to escape any major injuries. Residents, Teri Balter who witnessed the crash said, "We saw the blimp hovering over the house and it was floating backwards. It looked like it was actually coming down. I thought boy, Mitt Romney really wants us to vote for him."
According to the Associated Press, the Blimp was said to hit tail first and deflate in the process. The final debate for the presidential election is tonight and Romney is set to go up against Obama one last time. The last debate was said to be pretty even, and tonight the two will go toe to toe to gain American's vote.
The blimp crash may be a major blow for Romney, since Florida is an undecided state, it could be a big game changer if any candidate wins that state.
