When times get tough, you can always count on family. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster has been facing a grueling battle with Lyme disease over the last couple of years, but it seems that the reality star has never lost hope in her struggle, and we are sure it is because of the unconditional love and support she has been receiving, especially from her family including fashion model daughter Gigi Hadid.
According to Radar Online, the young "It Girl" has been by her mother's side during this trying time and she even explained how inspired she is by her mother's courage and bravery.
"She's battling a tough one, but she's helping a lot of people through her personal health journey," Cody Simpson's girlfriend explained. "I think when she finally figures out how to help herself, she'll be able to help a lot of other people... I'm very inspired."
It is also being reported by The Inquistr that Gigi is using her platform as a model to increase the awareness about Lyme disease. While the model is reaching new levels of fame everyday, she says that it doesn't keep her from FaceTiming and checking in with her mom regularly.

"We try to call her and FaceTime her with what's going on and keep her feeling like she's not too far away," the star explained. "It [lifts her spirits]. I think that she kind of looks forward to it. Right now she's going through a lot, so even a little FaceTime once in a while helps."
Radar reported that Yolanda was first diagnosed with the disease back in 2012 and has been struggling with her mental and physical health ever since. The disease has been impacting Yolanda's memory and motor skills and because of that her appearance in the upcoming reunion for RHOBH is said to be limited.
In a Bravo blog post from January, the starlet opened up about her struggle with the disease, writing, "It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it."
She also added that she has "lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV," because she can't "process information or any stimulation for that matter."
Get well soon, Yolanda!
