Khloe Kardashian Talks Weight Loss Secrets, Reportedly Still Hooking Up With Lamar Odom While Dating French Montana

Khloe Kardashian is looking better than ever these days. Her secret? Good old fashion exercise and lots of hydration.

"I work out almost every day," she told People. "I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do.

"I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before," she says. "It's really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach. I had to train myself to drink more water. I drink like 5 liters of water a day."

All that working out may be great for her body, but according to sources Khloe is still reeling from her breakup with ex Lamar Odom.

"She can't stop thinking about Lamar. When she's working out, she's thinking of times they use to workout together and how he use to push her to the limit when he would make her do some of his basketball conditioning training," a source told Hollywood Life. "She can't even watch television without thinking about him."

It probably doesn't help that she's still hooking up with her soon-to-be-ex-hubby! The two have been reportedly hooking up in California hotels, in an effort to salvage their marriage.

"Lamar is so sorry for everything and is begging Khloe to take him back. He's been sober for six months and is determined to prove that he's a changed man," a insider said.

"If Khloe did officially end things, man, that would be devastating to Lamar this time around," a source revealed. "All the passionate and secret sex they've been having, the intimate conversations, and the trust they've been building, he doesn't want that to end."

"He's all in and wants to spend the night with Khloe. He wants to spend the night with her for the rest of his life," the insider adds. "He really can't love another woman like he loves Khloe."

Even though Khloe is still spending time with rapper French Montana, Odom isn't worried. He doesn't see Montana as any "type of threat" to his relationship with Khloe and considers him a rebound fling.

Indeed, Khloe does seem to be biding time with Montana, even as she makes up her mind about the outcome of her marriage.

"She'd much rather him do something completely grand and spontaneous," a source says about Odom.

The source adds that even though Khloe still loves her estranged husband, she's also "scared to give him all her heart again."
