Gary Dourdan's Ex-Girlfriend Nicole Cannizzaro Still Wants the Former 'CSI' Star to Pay Up for Breaking Her Nose

Looks like former CSI star Gary Dourdan isn't out of the woods yet when it comes to his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Cannizzaro. MStars News has learned that Nicole wants her broke ex to still pay up for the pain he caused her when he allegedly broke her nose.

According to TMZ, Nicole's praying that Dourdan's recent file for bankruptcy doesn't interfere with the funds she was supposed to be getting from the actor during their 2012 domestic violence incident.

Nicole claims Gary must pay her "two payments of $10K, plus $2,500 per month for the next three years and three months ..."

Ouch -- sounds like a divorce that ended badly, but they were only boyfriend and girlfriend!

Dourdan, who starred as Warrick Brown on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, was arrested for felony battery after allegedly breaking Nicole's nose. Dourdan claims his then-girlfriend kidnapped his child Nyla and took her to a local store, where the fight happened. The actor was placed on five years's probation for the incident.

Nicole has asked a judge to make sure her settlement doesn't get messed up in Gary's bankruptcy debts.

Dourdan filed for bankruptcy for a second time in January. According to People, the 48-year-old claims he only had $904.35 left in his main bank account "after paying his expenses (which included a $135 yoga class), and $84.50 in savings."

The former Soul Food star also pays $1,500 a month to ex-girlfriend Jennifer Sutton in child support for their daughter Nyla.

According to the documents, Dourdan owed $14,413.32.

Dourdan also filed for bankruptcy back in August 2011, owing, $1.73 million at that time.

Dourdan's past troubles also include being charged with three counts of felony drug possession in 2008, and possession of drug paraphernalia in 2011.

It sounds like Dourdan's really having a bad day, doesn't it?
